Services to join our Human Resources
Organization.Responsibilities:
- Initiate the permission process for former partner employment
requests; secure leadership, risk management and OGC approvals,
identify and address potential issues for resolution, provide
updates to former partners and maintain relevant updates to
independence database and systems of record
- Assist in driving the partner separation process for active
partners (i.e., including involuntary, requested, voluntary,
deceased & transition to Independent Contractors); secure
leadership and independence approvals, prepare correspondence for
chairman approval, communicate process to separating partner and
their leadership, determine retirement eligibility and provide
withdrawing partner with relevant benefit information as well as
guidance and direction throughout the process, maintain daily
updates in separation database and systems of record
- Manage the retired partner and anniversary gift process,
validating partner eligibility and communication with third party
vendor
- Interface with partners, PMLs, sponsors, firm leadership, and
Chairman's office to facilitate the above processes
- Respond to report inquiries utilizing various systems of
records, and document and update departmental SOW's
- Partner with team to develop strategy by supporting data driven
decisions and participate in cross-functional
collaborationQualifications:
- Minimum one year of HR experience or applicable experience
preferred preferably within a professional services firm
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university or
equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Suite required;
proficiency in PeopleSoft preferred
- Strong verbal/written communication, organizational ability,
problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality work
product(s) and the ability to recognize potential issues and
identify potential solutions to address them
- Ability to work within a team structure and meet time sensitive
deadlines; Ability to prioritize, multi-task and be agileKPMG LLP
