Part of a larger healthcare system Director Human Resources Responsibilities :
- Assess, plan, direct, implement, and evaluate all Human Resources related programs
- Maintain effective employee relations programs and education, accountability for the administration of compensation and benefit programs
- Design of effective recruitment and retention programs and activities, maintenance of Associate personnel records
- Mentor of Human Resources Department Associates creating growth opportunities and professional development
- Position is to be onsite, not remote.
- Reports to CEO
