Advantage Resourcing in Springdale has openings with Rockline Industries for Packer Palletizers in their manufacturing facility. We have both day and night shifts available. These positions are 12-hour, rotating shifts, 6:00am/pm - 6:00pm/am. What does that mean? That means you work 3 days and get 4 days off one week and then you work 4 days and get 3 days off the next. Very strong work life balance with these positions.Need money? Like to work over-time? No Problem! We have you covered. Over-time opportunities are on a volunteer basis and are not mandatory. However, the opportunities to work overtime are abundant! And you could earn a lot of extra cash along the way! There are training and advancement opportunities available based on performance standards that leads to increases in pay.These positions are working on a production line. As the finished product comes down the line, these positions take the packaged goods and pack them into boxes for distribution. It is fast paced and quality is extremely important. Lifting can be up to 25-30lbs and standing is required the length of the shift.
