Advantage Resourcing in Springdale is looking for Assemblers for a manufacturing plant in Springdale. These positions will be working with different machines and parts to assemble components for the automotive industry. Taking applications for 1st and 2nd shifts.This company offers advancement opportunities as well as training in multiple areas to ensure individuals are successful. The work is light, with lifting of no more than 15 lbs at various times. The parts are smaller and consist mainly of work with your hands. The environment is temperature controlled and extremely clean and bright! The company is focused on employees and ensuring a great working environment. These are temp-to-permanent positions that offer pay increases in several step increments. Benefits once hired on are plentiful! Requirements:

• High School and or GED preferred
• At least 6 months of warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Must be able to lift 15 lbs.
• Must have basic computer skills
• Strong attendance
