Position Description:

The Solutions & Marketing Team within our Asset Management Distribution Unit is looking for a Solutions Analyst to join our North American Solutions team. Headquartered in Oaks, PA, SEI is a global wealth management solutions provider with a reputation for innovation. This role will be a key contributor in supporting our company's commitment to providing best-in-class investment solutions and services. You will collaborate closely with the Solutions/Product, Sales, Marketing, Investment Management unit and other internal resources in the US to execute solutions and operational solutions to Banks, Regional Broker/Dealers and Wirehouses.

What you'll do:

  • Provide day-to-day support, including sales and operational functions to AMD's existing suite of products and solutions in line with our global strategy.

  • Work with a wide range of teams across SEI globally as well as external partners, platforms and vendors to support and lead solutions related projects, in particular strategy or fund launches, product changes and/or new client implementations.

  • Work with product, sales, compliance, legal, operations and technology teams to maintain and enhance our offerings.

  • Work with marketing teams, data and reporting, and investment communications to define the suite of materials required to effectively sell and support our solutions

  • Support the process for RFP's and due diligence questionnaires, managing the completion of them for prospects and existing clients

  • Develop and maintain appropriate knowledge of AMD's solutions and SEI's investment products/offerings

  • Maintain relationships with other SEI Solutions and competency teams to stay up-to-date on evolving solutions and to look for leverage opportunities

  • As necessary, participate in prospect and client interactions and presentations

  • Maintain inventory of assigned projects; some projects will have defined start and end points, whereas other project management work may entail managing ongoing activities or queues

  • Continually focus on on-going process improvement opportunities.

What you bring to the table:

  • Education in Business, Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.

  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience. (Operations, financial services strongly preferred.)

  • Familiarity with US market, or interest to learn about the region.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines and to continually reassess priorities to focus on high impact activities.

  • The ability to collaborate effectively with partners, external consultants and various team members across the organization (sales, product, legal, corporate marketing, etc.) and at all levels of seniority.
