Job Description:

Staffmark has partnered with a premier supplier in Bentonville, AR to fill a role of Deduction Analyst. The Deduction Analyst provides support for deduction resolution in line with financial targets. Qualified candidates will be detail and goal oriented along with possessing strong organizational skills will be particularly attracted to this challenging and critical position. Responsibilities

  • Deduction resolution support including researching, validating and clearing disputed customer claims and clearing valid
  • Validating and researching claims as appropriate utilizing backup information provided by customers
  • Ensuring required backup for claim is available from various sources as needed to support claim amount and reason
  • Achieving weekly deduction resolution targets Qualifications
    • Previous work history in Deductions and A/R
    • Strong computer skills - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Ideally, experienced with Retail Link, and EDI
    • Ability to work at a fast and consistent pace
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Proven ability to work without supervision
    • Proven ability to work in a team environment
    • Background or experience in CPG preferred
    • Proven ability to effectively manage special assignments
    • Retail Link

    • EDI
    • CPG exposure a plus
    • Strong A/R background
    • Strong organizational skills
