The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) is looking for a
Product Manager for the Alternative Investments Client Reporting
team as we look to reinvent our product and process. Client
Reporting is a critical component of our Manager Platform for our
Alternatives Investments business. As Product Manager, you will own
the product strategy and prioritization of all Client Reporting
development, and work closely with our development teams to execute
on that strategy, with the ultimate goal of delivering business
value to our clients and IMS.
What you'll do:
' As a product manager, you will be responsible for successful
business outcomes associated with the Client Reporting product. You
will work with clients and internal stakeholders to design and
define a product and process that meets client needs.
' You will be responsible for working with Solutions, internal
stakeholders and clients on a regular basis to understand the
market and client needs, and identify opportunities for strategic
investments in the product.
' You will own and maintain the Client Reporting roadmap,
prioritize the roadmap in line with our business objectives and
strategy, and communicate the roadmap across the organization.
' You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to
introduce efficiencies into the Client Reporting product and
' You will write user stories, build wireframes or prototypes,
and work with Client Reporting BA team to ensure a consistent and
complete approach to communicating work, objectives and
requirements to our partners on the technical teams.
' You will work with the technical teams to validate technical
design, perform user acceptance testing, and ensure that the
roadmap is being executed.
' You will help the technical team support the product, and take
ownership of all issues and resolution.
' You will emphasize Data Governance and Quality, and support
the Data and technical teams in building a culture that prioritizes
' You will support the sales and technical sales teams, as well
as Operations teams and other internal clients with the goal of
driving adoption, understanding and engagement internally and
' You will evangelize for the product internally and externally,
work with Solutions, Marketing and other internal teams to
determine marketing strategy, pricing strategy and identify other

' BA / BS degree
' Experience with Alternative Investments, including various
types of open ended and close ended vehicles.
' 8 - 10 years of experience in a product manager or product
owner role in an Agile framework
' Dedication to customer-centric product design and
' Exposure to and understanding of different kinds of reporting
platforms and data management tools. Experience with SQL
