The Walmart Product Design team builds digital products to enhance the lives of millions of Americans. We create richly compelling experiences for customers, whether they are at home, in our stores, or on the go. We also build the tools and services our 1.5 million+ employees need to do their jobs in our offices, stores, and supply chain.

Our Senior Design Director II, Associate Experiences, will lead a 40-person team of amazing designers and prototypers building the future of retail from the enterprise perspective. The portfolio of our Associate Experiences team covers four key areas: next-generation store experiences, corporate software for our merchants and marketplace sellers, tools our store associates use for managing inventory and serving customers, and logistics for supply chain.

The Senior Design Director II, Associate Experiences, will serve on the Walmart Product Design Senior Leadership Team. The Walmart Product Design Senior Leadership Team includes the leaders of Customer Platform, Digital Services, Design Platform, and Associate Experiences. While there are 4 pillars in the Walmart Product Design Team, we all work together to create the culture of the design community and lead design innovation at Walmart.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, Communications or related field and 10+ years of experience managing design teams and leading cross-functional partners in a complex, fast-moving environment.
