Job Description:

Treasury Management Customer Service Specialist:

-receiving inbound phone calls and emails from customers who need assistance with their accounts and be able to provide information using the Customer Service Procedure manual as a guide.
-resolve simple customer technical questions and problems regarding their accounts through research and investigation
-providing limited technical assistance to remote deposit customers and providing assistance installing scanners and loading drivers
assist customers in troubleshooting basic account problems
-being able to escalate phone calls with the customer on the phone and conferencing in the appropriate bank associate to resolve the problem
-be able to reset all TM product passwords for external customers
-be able to manage the hardware tokens and software systems to reduce fraudulent activity
-track and report customer inquiries and activities when initiated by customers
-collaborate with IT and Information Security deposits on security and fraud related claims
-assist with audits
-work directly with TM leadership
-understand and comply with bank policy, laws, and regulations
-coordinate and be able to change priorities
-must be a strong communicator
- must be able to multitask and work independently
-minimum 6 months of banking experience required CRM - Customer Relationship Manager, Customer Service, Complaints, Back Office Support
