  • Available 24/7 in the event of an emergencyResponsibilities:
    • Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
    • Accompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments and pharmacy visits
    • Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of NursingRequirements:
      • 40 Hour (PCA) Personal Care Training Certificate or current or expired CNA License from any state or 1 year of verifiable experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
      • High school diploma or GED
      • Current COVID-19 Vaccination Card or willingness to start the process
      • Valid Driver's License and auto insurance with reliable vehicle
      • Adhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentiality
      • Mandatory CEU's
      • Must be eligible status on AHCA level 2 background
      • Negative drug screen and motor vehicle background screening
      • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively
      • Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
