Job Description General Assembly SUMMARY: FNA Group is a family-owned, world class manufacturer of pressure washers and other outdoor power equipment. With over 1 million square feet of production space across 4 locations, we continue to grow our business and our family. We are currently seeking General Assembly workers for the Consumer Machines Production Line. This is an entry level position with strong growth potential for those who have the drive and motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting in an expanding business. Primary Purpose: There are anywhere from 21 to 24 positions on a production line, depending on which line is in production. Your primary purpose is to fill one of these positions in order to meet the production requirements for cold water pressure washer assembly. Tasks may be anything from shrink wrapping, putting pumps and motors on prefabricated frames, to putting accessories into boxes. The Line Lead for each line will place personnel in the positions needed to meet production goals and requirements. Job Description: Work on the production line in one of the following positions: Frame & Handle Assembly, Wheels, Pumps, Engines, Boxing, Shrink Wrapping, or Testing. Be at place on the line ready to work at the start of your shift. Fill in where needed for missing personnel. Ensure speed and efficiency is sufficient to meet production line needs. Communicate with the Line Lead or Shift Supervisor on any issues that could hamper production. Train other line personnel when needed to ensure production capabilities. Make sure work area stays clean and free of hazardous working conditions. Notify Line Lead or Supervisor immediately of any unsafe working conditions. Notify Line Lead or Supervisor prior to parts becoming short in supply. May be required to work in other areas due to manning shortages. Qualifications: No prior experience required, but experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to operate hand tools and mechanical equipment.
