Job Description:
$1,000 Sign On Bonus Available Primary Duties and
Responsibilities * Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and
help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and
bathroom functions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming,
taking medication and/or administering treatments, and
housework.
* Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange
transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
* Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of
life and integration into the community
* Provide written daily updates of each shift's activities using an
online platform
* Observe the customer's condition and monitor the surroundings to
ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of
equipment and materials

* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (some positions
require additional education)
