them.We are adding a Branch Administrator to our Grove, OK team!

qualified nurses to provide exceptional care to their patients. Our
clinical leaders think strategically on we can best collaborate
with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
to provide essential and quality care during the final stages of
patients' lives. It is the expectation of Legacy Hospice that our

patients, families, and to the communities we
serve.Qualifications:
- Registered nurse in the State with current licensure to
practice professional nursing in the State.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program by the
National League for Nursing preferred. Master's degree in hospice
preferred.
- Three years of management experience in a hospice or related
health care organization.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and
administrative personnel.
- Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the
community.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in
accordance with state and/or Organization requirements and is in
good working order.
- Has excellent observation, verbal and written communication
skills.
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations and
ACHC standards.
- Effective social interaction, communication and organizational
skills and the ability to perform a variety of tasks efficiently.
Once you join the Legacy family, you will proceed with our training
program along with support and resources from our leadership
team.Within the first month, you will:
- Get to know your team and become acclimated to the hospice
philosophy.
- Complete online training with your team.
- Shadow your team members to learn more about hands on hospice
care.
- Your team member will then ride with you while you visit
patients to allow opportunity to ask questions while you work.
- After a month of New Hire training, you will be ready to case
manage your own patients!We allow a flexible onboarding schedule to
allow you to move at a pace that you are comfortable with. At any
time during training, you have any questions, always feel free to
ask your Regional Administrator or team members.About LegacyThe
