Position can be domiciled at any FedEx Freight location within the United States.POSITION OVERVIEW:This position is responsible for the development and execution of the business architecture process evaluating business needs in the context of current state assessments, actionable capabilities of the organization, level of change effort, sequencing of change and future state objectives that deliver on FedEx Freight corporate strategies. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Leads collaboration efforts with business and IT architecture stakeholders to apply architectural and LEAN principles creating Value Stream goals and actionable roadmaps for business initiatives within the FedEx Freight portfolio2. Combine working knowledge of functional specific business strategy and technical solution impact knowledge to deconstruct complex concepts into and sequencing them in to smaller, simplified components3. Articulate and communicate the connection between the identified business needs and the developed capabilities of the Value Stream roadmaps presenting the impact and influence of broader industry and technology trends on the FedEx Freight strategic business objectives4. Actively work with the FedEx Freight business owners and architects to synchronize value stream execution with the strategic roadmap5. Contribute to the continued growth in understanding and knowledge of business architectural practices, processes and tools throughout FedEx Freight6. Act as liaison with the Sr. Leadership and business owners to share information and report progress7. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures8.
