Consistently follow all Indigo Sky Casino guest satisfaction standards.Create a positive experience by smiling and presenting a helpful and friendly attitude towards our guests. Answer questions, take responsibility to get answers and anticipate our guests' needs and problems.Seat guest according to server rotation as much as possible to ensure equal distribution.Conduct any other related duties as assigned by manager. Maintain a good relationship between co-workers within the department and interdepartmental.Immediately communicate any issues or problems with department supervision/management.Accurately ring all guest checks and comps into cash register, collect payment for food revenue.Verify impress bank, check out with supervisors, separate paperwork into cash, coupon and comp piles, rubber band them and place in a sealed bag.Attend/participate in quality and training classes.JOB PREREQUISITES:Above average oral communication skillsSuperior guest service skill Problem solving capabilityHigh capacity for learningBasic math skillsThis Job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee. EXPERIENCE: Restaurant host experience helpfulLICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license. Liquor LicensePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to maneuver in the casino, visual acuity to observe and react to handle guest questions and complaints. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to feel, or handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The Team Member is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, and crouch. The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform in casino operations containing smoke and second hand smoke with high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Must be able to communicate clearly with co-workers, management, and customers. Must provide interaction with guests, always with a smile and using the most courteous manners. Must comply with all food service policies and procedures.
