Principal Duties and Responsibilities(Butnot limited to...)This job includes but is not limited to the following:---Remove gates and runner as per the work instructions and inspects parts to ensure product quality standards.---Operate trim presses and remove excess metal---Understand the complete knowledge of die cast process including the function of the die, gates, runners and venting systems---Repair and troubleshoot casting machines and related equipment---Evaluate the effects of the equipment on the quality of the parts.---Strive to improve process to continually increase production and improve quality.---Must continuously train to keep up with technology.---Must follow all safety rules and policies as set forth by OSHA guidelines and Pace Industries policies and procedures as outlined in the employee manual.---Follow the requirements of the Quality Policy, ISO/TS system, and procedures and participate in the Continuous Quality process---Maintain a clean and safe work environment and report any unsafe conditions in a timely manner---Must follow all safety rules and policies as set forth by OSHA guidelines and Pace Industries, including wearing the proper personal protective equipment (PPE)---Perform other associated duties, functions or work as may be needed or assigned to continue the productive operation of the company.Pace is a career destination for engaged, passionate and talented people who are driven to seek the innovation, growth and opportunity that only we offer.
