You will serve our guests at the brewery by ensuring they are seated promptly, their orders are taken, prepared, and served on time, and that tables are cleaned and ready for the next guests. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
--- Participate in pre-shift and department meetings to gain a thorough grasp of all products, services, and facility activities
--- Accept correct payment from guests and guarantee the accuracy of the guest check and manner of payment to protect both the client and the business from any transaction mistakes
--- Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties
--- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our beer and the ingredients in it so that you can respond to guests' questions and provide recommendations
--- Greet customers, take beverage orders, serve orders promptly, and accommodate any special needs or requests
--- Enthusiastic promotion of our brewery, which includes the sale and maintenance of brewery merchandise both on-site and at events
--- Draft system maintenance & troubleshooting - Must be a quick learner and willing to handle kegs
--- Conducting tours and telling the "Bentonville Brewing Co. Story"
--- Maintaining cleanliness of tap room - Must be a self-starter and willing to help where we needed

Qualifications:
--- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
--- Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
--- This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the patron first and providing exceptional customer service
