YOUR ROLEAs a Henkel Intern, you will play an integral part of our team, while gaining real-world experience and a comprehensive understanding of various marketing and digital functions within a global organization. Based on your interests and skillset, we have a variety of internship opportunities across our Adhesives and Consumer Brands business units. Your internship could include:

--- Spearheading a strategic project to help solve a business need for your brand that assists in the achievement of long-term brand objectives

--- Working with agencies to develop creative and bringing it to market in a timely manner.

--- Leading an analytics project, learning the drivers of your business and collecting and connecting data from a variety of sources in a meaningful way

--- Conducting surveys and analyzing findings to make recommendations to management for on-going digital initiatives

YOUR SKILLS

To be successful in this internship, we are looking for:

--- Currently enrolled in an MBA program as a first- or second-year student

--- Availability: ability to work 30 to 40 hours during Spring 2023 semester either onsite or in a hybrid capacity

--- Marketing Acumen: ability to understand and grasp fundamental marketing concepts

--- Analytical skills: ability to extrapolate data and perform data analysis

--- Communication skills: collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong organization and timeline management skills
