Job Details:Summary: Deliver on Tyson's unique executive team
member value proposition through effective and efficient stock plan
administration and communications. Under guidance from Executive
Rewards Lead, support stock plan administration through external
vendor, support team member and executive inquiries and resolve
service issues.Responsibilities Include:Partner with external stock
plan administration vendor to ensure accurate processing of plan
activity including new grants, distributions, and other
transactionsAdminister periodic SOX controls including periodic
stock plan reporting and validation and compile data for regulatory
filings (i.e. Form 4, proxy, 10K, etc.)Management of executive
severance programs; including tracking, reporting and distribution
of periodic executive compensation and stock awards
communicationsAssist in production of reports, illustrations, and
meeting materials for executive rewards design impact analysis and
related Senior Management and Board presentationsPrimary contact
for the Executive Rewards team. Independently respond to and
resolve executive and team member inquires, escalating issues as
appropriateDevelop process improvements for all stock plan
administration processes and executive rewards programs. Performing
advanced, complex reporting and analysis of market data and
cross-functional information to support Executive Rewards related
projects.Perform other duties as assignedRequirements: Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred Experience: 3+ years of
experience in stock administrationExperience: 4+ years of
experience with Bachelor's degree OR 6+ plus years of experience in
Compensation or Human Resources.Computer Skills: Excellent computer
skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
required. Familiarity with reporting tools preferred; such as
Workday and SAP. Advanced analytic skills, experience with large
data reporting.Communication: Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.Special Skills: High level of professionalism;
multitasking in a fast- paced work environment; handling
confidential information concerning the company's executive
management and employees; flexibility in meeting short deadlines
with minimal supervision.Supervisory: NoTravel: 1 to 5 domestic
trips per year.Management-level role with no direct reports
