If you are an experienced candidate who is seeking a rewarding new role with a growing organization, we would love to hear from you!SHIFT DETAILS AND BENEFITS:Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pmCompetitive Pay - $20-$23/hour, based on credentials and experienceHoliday PayPTOCafeteria and medical benefitsPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:Prepare invoices for all clients in accordance with the established billing cycle.Submit the claims for billing every week through different portalsRecord customer payments and prepare the daily bank deposit.Reconcile the business hours and billed amount and the payment receivedRe-submit the denied claims and ensure receive all paymentIssue customer statements and effectively manage past due accounts.Process approved bills for payment, coding to the appropriate accounts.Prepare a monthly report on overdue accounts.Reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis.Maintain absolute confidentiality of all company records.Prepare and process the payroll.Assure the employee benefits and check the monthly paymentAssure timely payment of tax and unemployment liabilities.Classify, record and summarize the financial data to compile and keep financial records.Prepare month financial statements.Check figures, postings and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy and proper codes.Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records.SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL ABILITIES REQUIRED:Associate's degree in Accounting or a closely related field preferred.Two years minimum experience with QuickBooks.Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) applications, scheduling systems and other health care industry related software.Strong analytical and research skills.Superior attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to listen and communicate clearly, fluently, diplomatically both orally and in writing.Apply today to learn more about this rewarding position and for immediate consideration!Dxxdj6iSPY
