The Judge Group is currently seeking an experienced Sanitation Supervisor for a large food manufacturing company in the Fayetteville, AR area.Responsibilities:Directs the workforce by providing a daily schedule for the Sanitation Department and any other duties assigned by managementMaintains documentation, communication and feedback with employees to ensure they are aware of their expectationsMaintains a program of inspecting cleaning equipment, inventory and ordering cleaning chemicals and replacement parts through scheduled food safety preventative maintenanceDevelops and implements training and cross training programs for Sanitation Department employeesConducts routine daily post cleaning inspections and microbiological samplingReviews CIP charts, CIP flow rates, sanitation records and chemical concentrations for accuracyDocuments and conducts monthly meetings pertaining to good housekeeping, safety and good company policyRequirements:2+ years' experience as a Sanitation SupervisorFood or beverage manufacturing experience is heavily preferredMust be open to shift as this is a third shift role.Knowledge of CIP and COP cleaning techniquesMechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot mechanical problemsPositively motivate people and discipline when necessary--Ability to move to a Manager level in a short time.This role comes with great salary, bonus, benefits and relocation assistance!----
