Job Summary:The Training Specialist - Instructional Design will manage the design and development of the organization's training programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:---Conducts needs-gap analysis and implements measures to address skill gaps---Plan, design, and develop training programs ---Develop standard operating procedures, training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other instructional material using content creation software---Develop testing and evaluation procedures---Partner with Supervisors to track team member training progress and needs---Assist in evaluating team member development---Maintain team member training files---Continuous evaluation of training content for accuracy and relevancy
Requirements: - Previous experience providing training ideally in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. - Experience using Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline or other e-learning development software - Experience with LMS365 or another LMS platform - Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Software - Excellent communication skills - Bilingual Preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish - Interpersonal and people skills
