SGA Design Group is seeking a proactive team player to join us in our Bentonville office as an Sr. Architectural Designer. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team that provides architectural services for major brands across the country. You'll be working with other design professionals on ground-up buildings, remodels, and special projects.Job Functions / Responsibilities Construction Document Production - Works with team members and the client to develop detailed construction documents that align with design intent and implement the assigned scope of work.Program Management - Develops effective relationships with the client, consultants and SGA team members in order to provide exceptional service and build a strong program.Project Management & Scheduling - Effectively manages own client projects and coordinates project scheduling for the team.Quality Control - Review documents for accuracy and completeness.CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Bachelor of Architecture, Interior Design or formal program of CAD/Revit training. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.Experience: 5+ years, with volume building experience highly preferred.
