Contracting Location: Springdale, AR Pay: $17/hour High Commission
Potential Schedule: Full-time & Part-time available About the Role:
Aspen Contracting is looking for energetic bilingual individuals to
help expand its reach in the roofing, siding, and gutter industry.
As a Canvasser , you’ll engage with homeowners through door-to-door
outreach, generate leads, and promote Aspen’s services. If you
thrive in an outdoor, fast-paced environment and want a career with
high earning potential , this could be a great fit! Key
Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate leads
for the sales team. Distribute marketing materials and educate
homeowners on roofing, siding, and gutter services. Represent Aspen
Contracting at trade shows, home shows, and local events . Work
closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and ensure a
great customer experience. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Enthusiastic individuals who enjoy meeting new people and building
connections . Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Reliable and
self-motivated candidates who can walk 3-5 miles daily . Strong
communicators with a persuasive yet respectful approach .
Applicants with reliable transportation to and from work sites.
Benefits Base Pay: $17 per hour uncapped commissions . Flexible
Schedules: Afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available.
