Job Description:

Under general supervision, our Marketing Talent Analyst, DEI will help develop marketing strategies rooted in data and cultural insights for inclusive driver hiring and retention efforts. This role will require a deep understanding of data and trends to deliver actionable recommendations that grow inclusive driver populations. The position will focus on analyzing data, translating those into multicultural marketing strategies that drive KPI's. This role will provide support in developing efficient and effective go to market plans that speak directly to diverse audiences through creative content, media, sponsorships/events, communications, etc. The position will partner closely with Driver Marketing, Driver Personnel, Driver Experience, and our Inclusion Office.Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing inclusive marketing strategies for driver hiring and retention efforts - including various forms of advertising, celebratory events, community service projects, etc.
  • Create and maintain in-depth profiles of communities near key field locations.
  • Determine cultural values, trends, and insights to reach key audiences efficiently and effectively and enrich recruitment efforts.
  • Assist in content development for multicultural marketing efforts.
  • Leverage data & analytics to drive more informed decisions and marketing efficiencies that increase our inclusive driver population.
  • Provide cultural insights and expertise to support selection of the most appropriate experiential sponsorships and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and foster strong relationships required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to understand and navigate a complex organization and drive impactful and measurable business results.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to lead research efforts
    • Ability to communicate effectively to various levels of leadership and counterparts.Minimum Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, quantitative analysis, or closely related areas.
      • 2+ years of marketing/advertising experience and/or data analytics.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
      • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools.
      • Comfortable running meetings, liaising with partners, and executive leadership.Preferred Qualifications:
        • 1+ year experience working in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion or on a DEI initiative on a personal or professional level.
        • Deep understanding of DEI topics
