Job Description:

The Larson Group Peterbiltis looking for a Customer Service Fleet Advocate to join our dynamic Team at outLowell, ARlocation. This person aids TLG customers by managing the equipment they have purchased from TLG. This position answers questions about recent purchases, assists in finding needed repair services, and updates customers on the status of their equipment. This position is in the TLG Call Center, Lowell, Ar.

Responsibilities:

Locating service providers for truck repairs such as Towing, Roadside Assistance, local shops, and dealerships, then managing those services for the customer.
Accurately creating & managing cases in Decisive, providing updates on repair progress, to the customer, in a timely manner.
Advocates for the customer to get equipment in and out of the shop and back into service. Primary focus is to reduce downtime and provide superior customer service.
Provide the needed parts information to OEM to expedite the delivery of hard to source parts.
Work on the customer's behalf to ensure that the service provider is providing warranty or policy consideration. Ensure the repairs are quality and at a fair cost.
Provide estimates, documents, and warranty information to the customer and/or the service providers as needed.
Research and answer questions concerning the customer's equipment.
Engage in online training and product improvements.
Crossed-trained to fill all positions in the Call Center, to be utilized as a back-up during vacations or other employee time off.
Follows additional direction given by immediate supervisor and adheres to TLG established policies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in heavy-duty truck maintenance is preferred.
Basic knowledge of a tractor and diesel engine. Demonstrates basic computer competency: Typing, E-mail, and Microsoft Office applications.
Must be an effective communicator who exercises proper phone etiquette.
Takes direction and completes tasks with minimal supervision.%30655325%
