Job Details:
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for working on a team of
incident response analysts. They will be responsible for the
investigation, analysis, and response to incidents with the Tyson
environment. They will perform tier 2/tier 3 response activities
and analysis and will operate independently of the SOC. They will
facilitate internal red, blue, and purple team exercises and will
assist with investigative efforts. They will support some security
infrastructure solutions and will assist with the setup and
creation of logging infrastructure and automation routines in
(SOAR) platforms.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience: College degree (or equivalent experience)
with 4 + years of progressive experience in business or IT
environment or advanced degree with 3 + years of progressive
experience.
Must have the ability to communicate technical information to
non-technical team members. Practical knowledge of network security
and vulnerability management scanning and remediation techniques;
ability to analyze and interpret information technology proposals
and evaluate and develop alternative implementation plans.
