  Department Floater is a vital role in the daily operations of our facility. This job requires the employee to be able to learn and perform several jobs in debone this includes re-hanging, thigh Removal, Shoulder Cuts, Wings. Able to lift up to 50lbs. Will be learning scanners and leads paperwork. While performing the duties of department floater, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and /or humid conditions as well as cold slippery surfaces; moving mechanical parts; fast paced environment. Positions require standing the entire shift and the use of PPE is required in all areas of the facility.
  Required Qualifications
  --- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  --- Must be 18 years or older
  --- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  Preferred Qualifications
  --- Previous production experience
  --- Previous Cargill experience
  --- Work history in the past 12 months
