Job Details:

The role of the Sr. Project Analyst is to manage Data & Analytics project deliverables in Agile and other project methodologies. This includes meeting project commitments, communicating with stakeholders, and leading scrum team(s) consisting of internal and 3 rd party employees while following and executing on project management best practices.

• Manage Velocity of the Team, Manage Sprints, Ceremonies, and PI Plan
  
• Facilitate the removal of impediments, coordinating with Release Train Engineer
  
• Facilitate Sprint Backlog Refinement
  
• Monitor and Report on team progress on achieving PI and Sprint Goals (burndown/up, velocity reports, etc.)
  
• PI Planning Preparation working with RTE
  
• Coordinate with other teams to manage dependencies
  
• Assist with and raise escalations in accordance with project requirements
  
• Effectively communicate and provide reporting in accordance with project requirements
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  Education: BA or BS degree in computer science, operations management, or other related discipline. Equivalent experience may be acceptable
  
  Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in a service/project/relationship management role. Experience with wide-ranging information technology services and hardware/software projects. Must demonstrate the ability to schedule and manage resource capacity. Demonstrated success delivering projects on time meeting requirements and with high team satisfaction including some complex projects and projects involving numerous project staff and users. Strong familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Excel. Experience in developing and deploying project best practices policies
  
  Special Skills: Preferred certifications: PMP, SAFe
