Department Floater -is a vital role in the daily operations of our facility. This job requires -the employee to be able to learn and perform several jobs in debone this includes re-hanging, thigh Removal, Shoulder Cuts, Wings. Able to lift up to 50lbs. Will be learning scanners and leads paperwork. - While performing the duties of department floater, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and /or humid conditions as well as cold slippery surfaces; moving mechanical parts; fast paced environment. Positions require standing the entire shift and the use of PPE is required in all areas of the facility.

Required Qualifications
--- - - -Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
--- - - -Must be 18 years or older
--- - - -Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Preferred Qualifications
--- - - -Previous production experience
--- - - -Previous Cargill experience
--- - - -Work history in the past 12 months
