Job Description:
We are looking for a HVAC Service Field Supervisor to join our
team!Work for an established yet innovative and growing company
utilizing leadership skills to provide daily supervision and
support to a team of field technicians. Click for a behind the

Arkansas location. Whether you are in - AR, MO, or TX you will have
a team to support you.What you'll be doing: -
Supervise team of field technicians,
ensure team delivers high quality service, evaluates service, and
conducts any necessary corrective action. -Assist Service Manager
to interview, hire, coach, counsel, discipline, train and manage
field technicians. Execute new hire orientation for all field
technicians.Conduct "ride alongs" with field technicians to
ascertain improvement areas and provide coaching related to
customer service, technical skills, knowledge and promotion of
products and services, proper tune-up procedures and on time and
accurate submission of all job information.Improve department and
individual technician KPI's through training. Successful Candidate
Must Possess the Following Qualifications:
Superior customer service, leadership
and mentorship capabilities and ability to grow and train a
teamPossession of a valid driver's license and good driving
record.Possess great mechanical aptitude.Strong ability to read and
understand technical instructions.Good written and verbal
communication skills. Ability to create concise yet informative
service performance and other technical notes in a shared
environment.Strong knowledge of equipment, tools and methods
commonly applied in repairing air conditioning and heating
equipment.Knowledge of principles of operation of HVAC systems and
safety practices.Accurate diagnostics ability.Excellent ability to
explain technical information to clients.Computer knowledge and the
ability to apply the necessary software tools, such as time
keeping, customer billing and applying credit card payments.Ability
to attract, hire, train and retain field technicians.What you'll
