POSITION SUMMARY

This position coordinates and directs the order writing process for all new stores, remodels, rollouts and special fixture projects for assigned accounts. Provides support to Sales to assist in the overall management of an account, as well as providing support to Account Services in specific areas depending on Account needs. Assists in maintaining and growing established customer relationships in support of company objectives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Resolves customer problems either independently or with the assistance of Sales, Account Services, Marketing, or Product Development.
  • May assist in sales presentations matching Lozier capabilities to customer and target account needs.
  • Writes simple to complex orders covering all product lines.
  • Writes quotes and orders for both standard and special product, working will other departments to develop product and application.
  • Assists in product selection for customer inventory and helps manage the program.
  • Follows up on new fixture projects with customer or the store.
  • Develops and/or maintains statistical or other reports required by the customer or Sales, using various PC software applications (Excel, Word, Access).
  • Develops, coordinates, and implements processes related to special projects and/or rollouts. Serves as the point person on the project.
  • Supports onsite new or test stores, installations, or customer visits.
  • Demonstrate regular attendance and timeliness in reporting to work, meetings, and completing assignments
  • Ability to work and interact well with others. JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or relevant field preferred.

    Experience: Minimum of 4 years of business, customer service, sales support or other related field if non-degreed, with 1 year of Lozier Account Services experience preferred.

    • Ability to support complex accounts that require more technical product lines and processes.
    • Analytical
    • Organized, detailed, and able to handle multiple duties.
    • Professional appearance and presentation skills.
      • Strong interpersonal skills.
