The job responsibilities for the Customer Support Agent will include:

• Manage calls ranging from appointment setting, customer service, call screening, call transfer
• Answering basic questions,
• Correctly filling and taking accurate customers and company messages.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
