Accounts Receivable We are seeking a motivated and dependable
Collections Professional to join a growing team in Tulsa, OK. This
role is ideal for someone who adapts well to change and thrives in
a fast-paced environment. About the Role In this position, you will
help manage business to business collections duties. The role will
be onsite during training, but once trained, you will be able to
work hybrid. Strong Excel skills and good overall computer skills
are important to this role. Key Responsibilities Follow up with
customers on overdue accounts Research and resolve billing/payment
discrepancies Review and analyze aging reports Update and maintain
accurate records in the accounting system Create Excel spreadsheets
Support the Controller with various administrative and financial
tasks Work with project managers to resolve billing issues What
We're Looking For 2 years of business to business collections
experience or a combination of experience and education Background
in construction or engineering industry a plus Strong attention to
detail and follow-through Proficient in Excel Ability to adapt to
new systems and process changes Benefits include medical, dental,
